Any and all artwork given to FurCoin must be original, high resolution, have no copyright infringements, and be AI free. Ownership of the artwork is retained by the creator(s) of the piece(s) and will be credited as such on this website. By giving FurCoin the artwork you agree to an exclusive royalty-free license to use your artwork for the creation of coins and other products should you have authorized it in your submission form.

       All submission forms are final once accepted and cannot be changed. No changes to the coin design will be allowed for the duration the coin is set to circulate. Should the coin need to have information updated such as owner transfers, new social media, or other. You must contact FurCoin to request the update via the "Contact Us" page.

         FurCoin reserves the right to refuse any submission for reason such as, but not limited to, incomplete submission form, artwork that breaches terms of service, conflict with FurCoin owner, poor standing in character, and scammers/imposters. FurCoin also reserves the right to pull one's coin/product from the shop should the coin owner display poor behavior in any way. These behaviors can range and will be handle carefully in a case-by-case scenario, looking in all aspects and evidence provided.

​        Production time for new coin designs will range from 1-4 weeks as FurCoin is ran and operated by FurBitten Studios by a single individual. Having your coin artwork done yourself or commissioning an artist will greatly speed up how quickly your coin will appear in the shop. This timeline is not a guarantee and FurCoin is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.  A coin already in the shop will be completed in the time frame listed on the shop page when the shop page is available.

        Refunds of coin(s) bought will not be given if the coin has already been made, already shipped, has been lost in shipping, or has been returned to FurCoin for any reason from the shipping carrier.
